We utilize real time quotes from our preferred shipping carriers in the interests of providing our customers with the lowest possible prices. We do not consider shipping as an area to generate additional profit or a way to offset our discounted product prices to our customers.
Duty, Taxes, and customs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
Rimwrapz Kits: If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase we'll provide a refund or exchange. All returns for exchange or refund must be returned within 60 days from receipt date, be in new, unused condition and include original product packaging. Once a Rimwrapz kit is applied, absolutely NO warranty can be made. For any product that comes to you with defects in the quality of the workmanship or materials please contact us immediately.
Complete wheel sets: Custom wheel sets are warranted by the component manufacturers. We warranty for workmanship and materials. Contact us immediately with any problems with a custom wheel set. All returns or exchanges must be received within 30 days of receiving your wheels. Absolutely NO returns or Exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.
